Following the Scottish Government announcement (4th January 2021) of a more restrictive lockdown, our church buildings will be closed for services during January. A review will be taken at the end of January for forthcoming services. During January, we will be reverting to sharing pre-recorded YouTube videos and the recordings on our phone line for these Sundays.
Each week for the foreseeable future, we plan to open the church buildings for a service at Pulteneytown (11:30am) and Thrumster (3pm). As of November 2020, services at Thrumster are suspended until such a time that restrictions are relaxed. We will also continue to share a pre-recorded video via our Youtube channel at 11:30am each Sunday, and this will also be available on our local phone line (01955 957 005)
Please open the following documents for guidance:
- Letter to congregation (July 2020) which details how we will reopen the church from the 9th August 2020. Please note that since this letter was written, as of the 14th August, face coverings will be mandatory to attend services at places of worship.
- Information Card containing key information and contact details.
- Church of Scotland Assessment Tool with accompanying notes.
- Church of Scotland Test & Protect Privacy Notice which details how the Church of Scotland will collect and store your contact details in order to trace any local cases of COVID-19, if required.
